In the mid 1990's due to a contraction in the mining sector, Minelec switched focus to meet the needs of a changing marketplace, and utilized its extensive communication experience to develop and offer a range of new high technology communication products to better meet the needs of our expanding industrial customer base.
With the creation of this industrial division, Minelec now offers product for two separate market areas and provide new technology products for associated sectors. The company is now a leading manufacturer of Public Address and Emergency Communications systems with particular expertise in Public Address controllers, Emergency Telephone systems, networked systems and software for windows based applications.
