The compact and elegantly styles ATHOS is moulded in a high grade, tough,  flame retardant      polycarbonate enclosure. The unit is fitted with a flexible retractable cord and jack-plug, which  enbles ATHOS to be plugged into conveniently sited jack points to provide either a two -way communication facility between other ATHOS handsets or a broadcast/paging/speech facility when used with other types of communication units. Typically the ATHOS units can be used on long line TW15KS conveyor systems when       installing and commissioning such systems.

ATHOS is ideal for single-handed operation and incorporates a combined microphone/loudspeaker and two side mounted pushbuttons providing "CALL" and "SPEECH" facility.

The amplifier is powered by a replaceable dry  battery which is automatically switched off after a pre-set time when not in use, thereby preserving battery life. Current is only drawn during the time that the LED on the units facia is illuminated.

ATHOS uses only two twisted conductors and      weatherproof jack stations are available.

Audio interfaces can be designed to suit a        specific application.
