Newly released Long Line Conveyor Controller
Handheld portable, battery operated paging unit that plugs into Pullkeys along the TW15KS conveyor. Allows two way communication. Ideal for troubleshooting and/or system commissioning.
Belt Alignment units designed to connect to the TW15KS system in order to provide Alignment monitoring over the 2 wire control system.

Conveyor Pullkeys - HT800
A polycarbonate pullkey designed specifically for conveyor control systems. Version available for TW15KS system which includes key monitoring.
A smaller Conveyor Control unit with limited features and operating range. Designed for the smaller installations.
A Pre-Start Warning Amplifier that is installed throughout the length of the conveyor and designed to generate in excess of 100dB when the conveyor is about to start. Each amplifier incorporates a rechargeable battery, battery state indication and is powered through the single system cable
A six input monitoring device that allows a variety of protection devices to connect into the TW15KS system. Any activated input stops the conveyor and will indicate the location of the fault along the conveyor.
A combined Lockout/PSW termination unit that provides the fail-safe characteristics of the TW15KS system. The device incorporates both a lockout detector and two PSW generators (for PSW along both sides of the conveyor).
Note: Stainless Steel enclosures are used for all Belt Alignment, Amplifiers, Combo Key/Amp, Monitor and C.T.U. devices.
