The Industrial Conveyor Control Unit is designed to work with a variety of lockout pullkeys using a simple two wire "loop"circuit.

A remote termination device is installed at the end of the external loop circuit comprising of the pullkeys and interconnection cables. If the loop circuit is interrupted by the operation of a pullkey or a cable fault, the relay control unit causes the controlled conveyor to stop.

Designed to operate on single phase   supplies of either 120v or 240v; the unit is provided with a step-down transformer which   produces 15vac. to feed the control relays and the pullkey circuitry.

The unit is fitted with mains fuses, mains transformer and two relays. In addition, the front cover is fitted with a stop switch, a reset switch, a a lamp test switch and two indicator lamps. Three output contacts are provided for use with external control circuits.

One indicator lamps glows to indicate a trip caused by operating a pull-key or due to a   cable fault. The second lamp is housed in the actuator of the Reset Switch and glows to indicate the unit is healthy and that the control relays may be reset to start the controlled conveyor.
