MLTW15KS - as the system is now known - is a longline conveyor control system that provides a two wire lockout facility for conveyor installations that  operate over distances up to 15km.

The basic system consists of a control console, a number of lockout pullkey units and a lockout termination unit .

Optional auxilliary field devices can be connected into the system in place of a lockout pullkey ie. Belt Alignment, Block Chute etc.

A PSW output relay is fitted as standard however an optional loudspeaking amplifier system can be added in order to provide communications along the length of the conveyor.

A single interconnecting pullcable (1200lb breaking strain) containing all required conductors can be used as the safety pullwire.

A full function TEST switch is provided on the  control console as a diagnostic aid, in addition to the 3 segment LED display and associated test LED's.
