The combined lockout key/amplifier is used as part of the longline TW15KS signaling system to provide both lockout facilities and Pre Start
Warning (PSW) capability in one compact
assembly.

The unit replaces a standard lockout key and is typically installed every 300m. along a  conveyor.

The pullkey section of the unit provides standard PK190S facilities which include double ended tripwire operation with optional key monitoring.

The PSW section uses the same interconnecting pullcable to amplify and broadcast PSW signals that are issued by the main console during the conveyor starting cycle.  Each unit is fitted with  rechargeable nicad batteries that are trickle charged from conductors within the                     interconnecting pullcable. The batteries provide sufficient power to produce in excess of 106dB from the internal amplifier.

Special features which include automatic "Battery Save" and ATHOS handset "Broadcast"            capability provide cost savings features that will benefit ANY conveyor installation.
